Your session fee reflects the full scope of private-pay care, including the time I spend preparing for sessions, documenting your care, consulting and receiving supervision, continuing my clinical education, and maintaining a thorough therapeutic environment.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes.I believe quality mental health care should be accessible while also creating a sustainable practice that allows me to provide thoughtful, individualized care.I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for those experiencing financial hardship. If these spaces are full, I'll gladly provide referrals to other trusted providers and community resources.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently private pay.Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial or substantial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. Coverage varies by plan, and I recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning therapy to confirm your benefits.

Why might private pay be a good fit for me?

Some clients choose private pay because they prefer not to submit claims to insurance and value having greater control over how their care is paid for. Private pay can provide more flexibility in your care: diagnoses don't have to be shared with your insurance company, which keeps our focus on your care rather than insurance limits.
